No, we can quote remotely via images, you can pay online with different methods or leave payment in a safe place (If you feel comfortable doing so) Invoicing is paperless and sent immediately after the clean. As long as we have access to the building, there is no need to be in.

Modern reach and wash systems use Pure water. As a result the water left on the window will dry crystal clear. Bad results from this method are due to:

• Rushing the clean

• Improper rinsing

• Contaminated water

Sometimes you may experience an issue if your window frames are painted and the paint is degrading, we are careful to rinse well, so Issues are rare. If you do get any quality issues please get in touch and we will sort any issue out for.

Our brushes are non scratch and we have never had any issues with scratches. To test this, I have tried to scratch my own windows without success.

The brushes aggravate dirt and loosen it without holding it. Sometimes after the first clean, you may notice scratches more as the sun hits them, this is simply due to the old dirt covering up existing scratches. Scratches may be more obvious at certain times of day when the sun is setting or rising. To avoid scratches on your windows in the first place, only let a professional clean your windows after building work, applying pressure with dirty clothes on glass is the quickest way to scratch your new windows.
